If you do not agree with ALL of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights

User Representation

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  2. You will maintain accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.

Service Description

unseat.ai provides an AI visibility suite that includes automated content generation, citation engineering, AI platform monitoring, and related services (“Services”). Content generated by the Services is published to your website and remains your property. The Services operate autonomously based on your business profile and configuration.

Content Ownership

All content created by the unseat.ai engine and published to your website is owned by you. You retain full ownership of all content, strategies, and assets produced during your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, all published content remains on your domain and continues to work for you.

unseat.ai retains the right to use anonymized performance data and aggregated metrics for product improvement and marketing purposes. We will never share your specific business data, strategies, or proprietary information with third parties.

Fees and Billing

All fees are as specified during registration or on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Your subscription is billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed. You authorize unseat.ai to automatically charge your payment method on each billing date.

Founding member rates, once locked, remain at the locked rate for the duration of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe, the current rate at the time of re-subscription applies.

Your account and access to services may be suspended in the event of non-payment of applicable fees. You represent and warrant that your billing information is accurate, up to date, and that you are authorized to make the payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • All published content remains on your website
  • Access to the dashboard and active monitoring ceases at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Dispute Resolution

In no event shall any claim, action, or proceeding brought by either Party related in any way to the Site be commenced more than six (6) months after the cause of action arose.

(d) Choice of Law; Forum. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the substantive law of the State of Florida. The parties agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the federal courts having jurisdiction in Orlando, Florida, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

(e) Assignment. You may not assign or otherwise transfer any of your rights or duties hereunder unless unseat.ai agrees in writing. unseat.ai may assign or otherwise transfer any of its rights or the performance of any of its duties without your consent.

(f) Waiver. The waiver by unseat.ai of a breach or a violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as or be construed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach or violation.

(g) Force Majeure. If the performance of any part of these Terms and Conditions by either party is prevented, hindered, delayed or otherwise made impracticable by reason of any flood, riot, fire, judicial or governmental action, labor disputes, act of God or any other causes beyond the control of either party, that party shall be excused from such performance to the extent that it is prevented, hindered or delayed by such causes.
